More musings of the Book Goddess

I have quite a few monikers: book goddess, coollibrarianchick, Debbie, Ms. R but what is really important is that I lovve to read. Reading is as necessary as breathing for me. I don't remember learning how to read - I just know it something that comes naturally to me. Mostly I read YA lit. You can thank Judy Blume for that. When I was growing up she was the author to read. Now there are so many great authors out there that if I list all my favs I may be being doing an injustice by leaving someone out. Sometime I read adult books but now it is less often than before. I am a high school librarian in Florida and am always looking for something to motivate my students to read. If I change one non reader into a reader then I think I have done my job.
